Mass concrete construction method
According to the mass concrete construction method provided by the invention, during concrete pouring, a slope surface formed at a concrete pouring outlet position is vibrated for the first time, concrete at a discharge port is vibrated firstly, so that concrete slurry forms a natural flowing gradient, and the quality of the concrete at the whole height is ensured; then interlayer secondary vibration in the mold is conducted, particles of the mixture are liquefied at different vibration accelerations, the unstable equilibrium state between initial particles is destroyed, aggregate particles reach the stable position by means of the self weight, free moisture is extruded and ascends, bubbles escape from the surface, and concrete finally and gradually reaches the dense state; bleeding and laitance of the concrete aggregate at the extruded part are continuously pumped out of the mold, so that the aggregate is prevented from sinking, and non-uniform concrete strength and shrinkage cracks caused by over-thick cement paste on the surface of the concrete are avoided. During later maintenance, the probability of temperature difference cracks is reduced through strict concrete inside and outside temperature difference control and concrete surface spray maintenance.
本发明提供了大体积混凝土施工方法,本发明在混凝土浇筑时,对混凝土浇筑的出口位置形成的坡面初次振捣,先振捣出料口处砼,使混凝土浆液形成自然流淌坡度,保证整个高度混凝土的质量;然后进行模内的层间二次振捣,使拌合料的颗粒之间以不同的震动加速度发生液化,破坏初始颗粒之间不稳定平衡状态,骨料颗粒依靠自重达到稳定位置,游离水分挤压上升,气泡逸出表面,混凝土最终逐渐达到密实状态,同时,在浇筑过程中,不断将被挤压处混凝土骨料的泌水和浮浆抽出模内,避免使骨料下沉,砼表面水泥浆过厚导致砼强度不均和产生收缩裂缝。在后期养护时,通过严格的混凝土内外温差控制以及混凝土表面喷雾养护,降低温差裂缝产生的概率。
