The all-solid-waste composite filler provided by the invention is scientific in compatibility, all the components supplement and promote each other to form a stable multi-stage adsorption system, the strength of a contact interface with asphalt is effectively improved, and the filler can interact with the asphalt to form asphalt mortar with high cohesive force; the low-temperature crack resistance, water stability, high-temperature stability and the like of the asphalt mixture are remarkably improved, the preparation process is simple and easy to implement, and comprehensive recycling of solid waste materials such as construction waste and industrial waste residues is achieved.
本发明涉及道路工程材料技术领域,具体公开一种全固废复合型填料及其制备方法和应用。所述全固废复合型填料包括如下重量份数的原料组分:再生微粉30~50份,钢渣粉5~50份,回收粉5~25份,炉渣粉5~20份和电石渣1~10份。本发明所提供的全固废复合型填料配伍科学,各组分相辅相成,相互促进,形成稳定的多级吸附体系,有效改善与沥青接触界面的强度,能够与沥青通过交互作用形成高黏结力的沥青胶浆,显著提高沥青混合料的低温抗裂性、水稳定性和高温稳定性等,且制备工艺简单,易于实施,实现建筑垃圾和工业废渣等固废材料的全面再生利用。
