Method for compositely reinforcing recycled aggregate by utilizing nano dispersion liquid and chemical solution
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a method for compositely reinforcing recycled aggregate by using a nano dispersion liquid and a chemical solution, which comprises the following steps: cleaning the crushed recycled aggregate for multiple times by using clear water, forming a dispersion liquid from nano silicon dioxide in deionized water by using a dispersing agent, and drying to obtain the recycled aggregate. Then soaking the crushed recycled aggregate, naturally air-drying the crushed recycled aggregate, soaking the treated recycled aggregate in a calcium hydroxide solution, and naturally air-drying the treated recycled aggregate to obtain the modified recycled aggregate. According to the method for compositely reinforcing the recycled aggregate by utilizing the nano dispersion liquid and the chemical solution, the recycled aggregate prepared by adopting the method not only can well fill pores and cracks of the recycled aggregate, but also can promote hydration in an alkaline calcium hydroxide solution; the generated gelling substances can be used for further filling and repairing pores and cracks of the recycled aggregate, so that the physical performance of the recycled aggregate can be greatly improved, and the advantage of good strengthening effect is achieved.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,且公开了一种利用纳米分散液和化学溶液复合强化再生骨料的方法,包括以下步骤:将破碎得到的再生骨料先使用清水多次清洗,将纳米二氧化硅利用分散剂在去离子水中形成分散液,然后用于浸泡破碎之后的再生骨料,自然风干,之后将处理后的再生骨料浸泡在氢氧化钙溶液之中,同样自然风干之后便得到改性完成的再生骨料。该利用纳米分散液和化学溶液复合强化再生骨料的方法,通过采用该方法制得的再生骨料,不仅可以有很好的填充再生骨料的孔隙和裂缝,而且在碱性氢氧化钙溶液中能够促进水化,生成一些胶凝物质可以进一步填充和修补再生骨料的孔隙和裂缝,能够大大提升其物理性能,达到了强化效果好的优点。
