An active reinforcing structure for improving the bending resistance and the bearing capacity of a beam body and reducing or delaying the development of transverse cracks at the bottom of the beam is arranged on the bottom surface of the beam plate between two supporting piers; the passive reinforcing structures are arranged at webs on the two sides of the beam plate and used for improving the shear capacity of the webs and limiting and restraining continuous development of vertical and oblique cracks of the webs. The mode of combining active reinforcement and passive reinforcement is adopted, so that the shear bearing capacity of the beam body is enhanced, the tensile stress of the beam body is improved, the time of cracking of the bottom plate is delayed, and generation and development of cracks of the web are limited.
