The invention discloses a geopolymer-based soft magnetic material, a preparation method thereof and an application of the geopolymer-based soft magnetic material in detecting the width of a crack of an asphalt pavement base. The geopolymer-based soft magnetic material is composed of soft magnetic powder and geopolymer slurry and is arranged on a traditional asphalt pavement base layer. Wherein the soft magnetic powder is iron powder with the particle size of 10-200 microns, and the geopolymer slurry is mainly composed of water, fly ash, granulated blast furnace slag and an alkaline activator. The mass ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 in the geopolymer slurry is 0.35 to 0.50. The road base crack direction and width condition can be directly obtained by combining a vehicle-mounted fluxgate sensor, comprehensive, rapid and nondestructive detection on the base crack is achieved, and the road base crack detection device has the advantages of being low in cost, high in reliability, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and the like and meanwhile has good mechanical property and electromagnetic property.
本发明公开了一种地聚物基软磁材料及其制备方法与在检测沥青路面基层裂缝宽度上的应用。所述地聚物基软磁材料由软磁粉末与地质聚合物浆组成,布设于传统沥青路面基层。其中,软磁粉末为粒径10~200微米的铁粉,地质聚合物浆主要由水、粉煤灰、粒化高炉矿渣、碱性活化剂组成。地质聚合物浆中SiO2和Al2O3的质量比为0.35~0.50。本发明结合车载磁通门传感器可直接获取道路基层裂缝方向和宽度情况,实现对基层裂缝全面、快速、无损检测,具备低成本、高可靠性、节能环保等优点,同时具备良好的力学性能与电磁特性。
