The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a geopolymer pavement base material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the method, muck is subjected to calcination treatment, structural interlayer hydroxyl groups can be removed from kaolinite contained in the muck, the muck becomes amorphous phase crystals, namely metakaolinite, active silicon-aluminum substances in the metakaolinite can be subjected to a depolymerization-polycondensation reaction with an alkali activator, a gel material is generated and bonded with other inactive components, and the strength of the geopolymer pavement base material is improved. Experimental results show that the breaking strength of the geopolymer pavement base material prepared from the calcined muck reaches 7.25 MPa, and the compressive strength reaches 48.58 MPa.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种地聚物路面基层材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明通过将渣土进行煅烧处理,渣土中所含高岭石可脱去结构层间羟基,成为无定形相晶体‑‑偏高岭石,偏高岭石中的活性硅铝物质可与碱激发剂发生“解聚‑缩聚”反应,生成凝胶材料,粘结其他无活性的成分,提高地聚物路面基层材料的强度。实验结果表明,采用煅烧渣土制备得到的地聚物路面基层材料的抗折强度达到7.25MPa,抗压强度达到48.58MPa。
