本发明提供一种快速稳定修建的装配式建筑及其装配方法，包括预制地基板和墙板，墙板下端与预制地基板上表面配合，预制地基板内部设有浇筑槽，浇筑槽底部设有多个锥形的通孔，还是设有多个第二锚杆，第二锚杆穿过多个锥形的通孔将预制地基板固定在地基槽内部。整体的预制地基板也更加稳定，预制地基板在于墙板之间也采用水泥浇筑，连接更加稳定，也不要再次焊接，地基稳定后，后期的墙板安装就更加快速，适应于大规模的转配式建筑使用，组装效率高，施工速度快，减少了工人工作强度。
