Comprising a plurality of prefabricated wallboards and prefabricated floor slabs which are spliced and fixed, a plurality of inserting holes and a plurality of inserting mechanisms matched with the inserting holes are arranged at the two ends, in the height direction, of each prefabricated wallboard correspondingly, and a plurality of first through holes matched with the inserting mechanisms are formed in the positions, at the splicing positions of the prefabricated wallboards, of the prefabricated floor slabs; an inserting mechanism arranged on the end part of the prefabricated wall plate below the prefabricated floor slab penetrates through the first through hole and is positioned in an inserting through hole in the end part of the prefabricated wall plate above the prefabricated floor slab; the inserting mechanism comprises inserting steel bars embedded in the prefabricated wall plate, first limiting blocks fixedly connected with the inserting steel bars are arranged on the lower portions of the inserting steel bars, and a plurality of energy dissipation springs and first energy dissipation rubber pads are arranged above the first limiting blocks at intervals. According to the technical scheme, the anti-seismic property between the prefabricated floor slab and the prefabricated wall panel in the fabricated building is improved.
