The invention relates to a glass magnesium polymer composite board and a preparation method thereof. The glass magnesium polymer composite board comprises a facing layer, a polymer panel, a composite adhesive layer and a glass magnesium base material, wherein the facing layer is arranged on the upper side of the polymer panel, the glass magnesium base material is arranged on the lower side of the polymer panel, and the composite adhesive layer is arranged between the glass magnesium base material and the polymer panel; the macromolecular panel is a wood-plastic plate which is prepared by taking wood as a basic material, adding a thermoplastic macromolecular material and a processing agent and carrying out heating extrusion forming; the glass magnesium base material is a magnesium oxysulfate board and is formed by taking industrial waste as a basic material, adding alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth, taking a light aggregate type material foaming board as a core material, adding a modified additive and compounding. The inorganic glass magnesium base material and the high-quality high-molecular panel are compounded, advantages and disadvantages of the two boards are complemented by adopting a novel production process, and the defects and deficiencies in the prior art are overcome.
本发明涉及一种玻镁高分子复合板及其制备方法,所述玻镁高分子复合板包括:饰面层、高分子面板、复合胶层和玻镁基材;其中,所述饰面层设置于所述高分子面板上侧,所述玻镁基材设置于所述高分子面板下侧,所述复合胶层设置于所述玻镁基材和所述高分子面板之间;所述高分子面板为木塑板:以木材为基础材料,加入热塑性高分子材料和加工剂,经加热挤压成型制得;所述玻镁基材为硫氧镁板:以工业废弃料为基础材料,加入耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,以轻集类料发泡板为芯材,掺加改性外加剂后,复合而成。本发明通过无机材质玻镁基材与优质高分子面板进行复合,采用新型生产工艺实现两种板材的优缺点互补,克服了现有技术的缺点与不足。
