Lightweight mildew-resistant composite glass magnesium board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a lightweight mildew-resistant composite glass magnesium board. The board is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 42 to 45 parts of light calcined magnesia, 36 to 40 parts of magnesium chloride hexahydrate, 5 to 6.5 parts of tourmalinite powder, 12 to 14 parts of sawdust, 1 to 2 parts of polyurethane foamed particle, 2 to 3 parts of bamboo fiber, 3 to 4 parts of redispersible rubber powder, 4.5 to 5 parts of metakaolin, 2.5 to 3 parts of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 0.2 to 0.25 part of a silane coupling agent kh550, 1.5 to 2 parts of aqueous polyurethane, 5.5 to 7.5 parts of a polyvinyl alcohol solution with a concentration of 5%, 15 to 18 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, 5 to 6 parts of an aqueous urotropine solution with a concentration of 25%, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of antimonony oxide and a proper amount of pure water. According to the invention, a lightweight filling material is employed, so the board has reduced self-weight and obtains water-proof, antibacterial and anti-mildew properties; and due to protection of an outer resin layer, the board has improved anti-corrosion performance, flexibility and flexural strength.
