The invention discloses a water drainage control structure, a water drainage valve and a control method. The water drainage control structure comprises a driving module, an energy storage module and a sensing module. The driving module is arranged in the water escape valve and is connected with a water retaining piece of the water escape valve; the energy storage module is connected with the driving module and an electromagnetic valve of the water escape valve and used for supplying power to the driving module. The sensing module is arranged in the water escape valve, is connected with a deformation structure of the water escape valve and is used for detecting whether the deformation structure deforms or not; when the sensing module detects that the deformation structure deforms, the driving module drives the water retaining piece to move so as to open the water escape valve. When the electromagnetic valve loses power and the temperature is low, the water escape valve can be quickly opened to release water, and pipeline breakage is avoided.
