本发明公开了一种气硬性胶凝材料及其制备无机人造石的方法,以解决现有技术中在白水泥生产过程中,会产生较高的生产能耗和碳排放,同时制备的无机人造石制品也会出现泛碱的技术问题。它包括30~50份白色γ‑C2S胶凝材料;0~10份偏高岭土;0~10份钙粉;40~60份石英砂;乳液掺量为γ‑C2S胶凝材料的0~10%;减水剂掺量为γ‑C2S胶凝材料的0~5%;水胶比为0.1~0.3,通过均匀混合后,在3~5MPa的成型压力下压制成无机人造石产品。本发明使用白色的γ‑C2S代替白水泥作为无机人造石的胶凝材料,能有效降低生产过程中所消耗的能耗,降低碳排放。
