According to the preparation method for improving the activity of the regenerated micro-powder, the activity of the regenerated micro-powder can be greatly improved by performing heat treatment on the regenerated micro-powder and performing composite excitation by adding the alkaline exciting agent, and the compressive strength and the activity index of the regenerated micro-powder treated by the method are remarkably improved.
