High-activity regenerated micro-powder and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of regenerated micro-powder, and discloses a preparation method for high-activity regenerated micro-powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out primary crushing on waste concrete blocks by using a universal crusher, screening the crushed powder to separate small fragments with a diameter of less than 40 mm, carrying out secondary crushing, selecting powder with a particle size of not greater than 40 microns as initial regenerated micro-powder, continuously crushing small fragments, with diameters of 5-40 microns, of a regenerated micro-powder raw material by adopting an ultramicro jet mill, and screening out initial regenerated micro-powder with a particle size of not greater than 5 microns; and 2) subjecting the initial regenerated micro-powder to ball milling for 1-2 h through a ball mill so as to obtain regenerated micro-powder, doping the regenerated micro-powder with 1%-5% of an alkaline activator, and carrying out stirring and mixing to improve the activity of the regenerated micro-powder. According to the high-activity regenerated micro-powder and the preparation method thereof, the activity of the powder is improved, and the high-activity regenerated micro-powder is obtained.
本发明涉及再生微粉技术领域,且公开了一种高活性再生微粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)通过万能破碎机对废弃混凝土块进行初步粉碎,对粉碎后的粉末进行筛分,分离出直径40mm以下的小碎块,再次进行粉碎,选择粒径不大于40μm的粉料作为初始再生微粉,对直径5‑40μm以下的小碎块再生微粉原料采用超微气流粉碎机继续粉碎,筛分出粒径不大于5μm的初始再生微粉;运用球磨机对初始再生微粉球磨1‑2h,获得再生微粉,向再生微粉中掺入碱性激发剂,掺量为1%‑5%,搅拌混合后提升再生微粉的活性。该高活性的再生微粉及其制备方法,提升粉末活性,得到高活性的再生微粉。
