Calcium silicate thermal insulation material preparation process based on diatomite wet extraction
The invention discloses a preparation process of a calcium silicate thermal insulation material extracted based on a diatomite wet method. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out wet extraction on diatomite ore soil to obtain impurity-removed diatomite slurry; the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing 41-43wt% of slaked lime, 46-50wt% of diatomite slurry, 4-6wt% of reinforced fibers and 3-5wt% of fumed silica according to a stoichiometric manner, mixing with water, adding into a stirrer, and stirring and mixing to obtain mixed slurry; putting the mixed slurry into a steam furnace, cooking with steam at the temperature of 97-102 DEG C, and then keeping the temperature for 5 hours to obtain gel; the gel is put into a press to be pressed, the gel is subjected to water filtering forming through pressing, and a blank is obtained; putting the blank into an autoclave, autoclaving the blank at the saturated steam pressure of 1.2 MPa and the temperature of 200 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 5 hours to obtain a plate; and putting the board material into a drying room, drying and curing the board material at 135-150 DEG C, and drying for 45 hours to obtain the calcium silicate insulation board. The insulation board produced by the invention is low in cost and good in quality.
本发明公开了一种基于硅藻土湿法提成的硅酸钙保温材料制备工艺。将硅藻土矿土进行湿法提成,得到去除杂质的硅藻土浆料;将重量百分比为41‑43wt%的熟石灰、46‑50wt%的硅藻土浆料、4‑6wt%的增强纤维、3‑5wt%的气相二氧化硅按照化学计量的方式进行称重配置,与水混合后加入搅拌机,搅拌混合,得到混合浆料;将混合浆料放入蒸汽炉中,在97‑102℃温度下通过蒸汽进行蒸煮,然后保温5h,得到凝胶体;将凝胶体放入压机中进行压制,凝胶体通过压制滤水成型,得到坯料;将坯料放入蒸压釜中,在1.2MPa饱和蒸汽压力、200℃下对坯料进行蒸压,保温5h,得到板料;将板料放入烘房,在135~150℃下对板料进行干燥固化,烘干45h,得到硅酸钙保温板。本发明生产的保温板成本低、质量好。
