本发明属于保温材料领域,具体公开一种基于改性黄河泥沙的纤维硅酸钙保温材料及其制备方法。本发明先对黄河泥沙进行改性,使其表面具有粘性从而吸附木质纤维形成纤维增强体。再将改性后的黄河泥沙与植物纤维的NMMO溶液、熟石灰、水泥、粉煤灰等物质混合,形成交联结构体,从而制备所述纤维硅酸钙保温材料。本发明制备的纤维硅酸钙保温材料的抗折强度为0.72~0.86MPa,抗压强度为1.74~1.85MPa,干缩率为0.01~0.02,导热系数为0.078~0.089w/m.k,且未产生裂缝。本发明不仅提升了硅酸钙保温材料的韧性,减少了开裂情况的出现,还实现了黄河泥沙的资源化利用。
