Method for preparing 610 alumina fiber reinforced composite material by gel casting
The invention discloses a method for preparing a 610 alumina fiber reinforced composite material through gel casting, and relates to the field of alumina fiber composite materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing an organic monomer, a cross-linking agent, a dispersing agent, high-purity nano aluminum oxide powder and deionized water, and carrying out ball milling to obtain aluminum oxide gel injection slurry; weaving alumina fibers into an alumina fabric, performing boiling treatment to remove the impregnating compound, and performing aeration-drying; placing the alumina fabric in a mold, vacuumizing, dipping the alumina gel injection slurry, pressurizing and gelling at a constant temperature, demolding and drying; putting into a muffle furnace for sintering; vacuumizing, dipping in silica sol, and gelling at a constant temperature; and carrying out high temperature treatment to obtain the 610 alumina fiber reinforced composite material. According to the preparation method, an optimized gel casting process is adopted, so that the slurry outflow problem is solved, the impregnation efficiency is greatly improved, the weight can be increased only through one-time impregnation, the cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the density of the composite material is also improved.
本发明公开一种注凝成型制备610氧化铝纤维增强复合材料的方法,涉及氧化铝纤维复合材料领域。将有机单体、交联剂、分散剂、高纯纳米氧化铝粉、去离子水混合球磨,得到氧化铝注凝浆料;将氧化铝纤维编织成氧化铝织物,经水煮处理去除浸润剂,通风干燥;将氧化铝织物放置于模具中,抽真空后浸渍氧化铝注凝浆料,加压恒温凝胶,脱模干燥;放入马弗炉中进行烧结;抽真空后浸渍硅溶胶,恒定温度下进行凝胶;再经过高温得到610氧化铝纤维增强复合材料。本发明用优化的注凝成型工艺,改善了浆料流出问题,极大提升了浸渍效率,仅通过一次浸渍便可增重,降低了成本的同时也提高了复合材料的致密度。
