The invention relates to a preparation method of a composite material and the composite material, and the method comprises the steps: stacking an insulating layer and a conductive layer to form a prefabricated body, and forming a through hole in the insulating layer; and hot-pressing the preform until one side, facing the insulating layer, of the conductive layer deforms and enters the through hole to form the composite material. According to the composite material, the insulating layer with the through hole is arranged to be hot-pressed with the conducting layer, so that at least part of the conducting layer enters the through hole and is connected with the insulating layer, the composite material with the thick insulating layer is prepared, the composite material can bear large breakdown voltage, and the application range is wider.
本申请涉及一种复合材料的制备方法及复合材料,方法包括堆叠绝缘层与导电层以形成预制体,绝缘层上设置通孔。热压预制体至导电层面向绝缘层的一侧变形并进入通孔内,以形成复合材料。通过设置带通孔的绝缘层与导电层热压,使得至少部分导电层进入通孔并与绝缘层连接,以制备具有较厚的绝缘层的复合材料,使复合材料能够承受较大的击穿电压,应用范围更广。
