The invention discloses a construction method of an airport pavement composite cushion layer. The construction method comprises the following operation steps: step A, classifying, crushing and grading construction waste reclaimed materials; step B, blending the crushed and graded construction waste reclaimed materials according to a standard mix proportion; c, the blended building slag is used for lower cushion layer construction; and D, the blended building slag is used for upper cushion layer construction. The composite cushion layer is high in strength and resistant to compression and shear, and the problems that an airport cement pavement cushion layer is prone to fracture, the using performance is affected, material sources are short, the construction cost is increased, and a large amount of construction waste occupies land resources and harms the environment in an airport are effectively solved. The reduction and recycling of the construction waste are realized, the problem of urban construction waste is solved, and the urban sanitary environment is improved; land resources occupied by construction waste are reduced; and the cost of cushion materials is reduced, and the transportation cost of outward transportation of construction waste generated by building demolition is saved.
