The invention discloses a prefabricated pi-shaped beam erecting device and method, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction.The prefabricated pi-shaped beam erecting device comprises a supporting assembly which is arranged on a bridge opening of a prefabricated pi-shaped beam to be erected and used for supporting the prefabricated pi-shaped beam and enabling the prefabricated pi-shaped beam to move on the supporting assembly in the longitudinal bridge direction; the winch is arranged at the end, where the to-be-erected prefabricated pi-beam is placed, of the to-be-erected bridge, the fixed pulley is arranged at the other end of the to-be-erected bridge, and a traction rope of the winch bypasses the fixed pulley to be connected with the prefabricated pi-beam. The method for erecting the prefabricated pi-shaped beam comprises the following steps that supporting assemblies are arranged on bridge supports on the two sides of a bridge opening of the prefabricated pi-shaped beam to be erected; the winch is started, and the to-be-erected prefabricated pi-shaped beam is moved into the bridge opening through the supporting assembly; and the supporting assembly is dismantled, so that the prefabricated pi beam falls onto the bridge support. The problem that in the prior art, when obstacles exist above a bridge or the environment of roads on the two sides of the bridge is poor, a prefabricated pi-shaped beam cannot be erected is solved.
