The invention provides a prefabricated pier erecting device an erecting method and an obstacle passing method. The prefabricated pier erecting device comprises a frame beam assembly which comprises across beam and a main beam disposed on the cross beam, a supporting mechanism arranged at the bottom of the cross beam and used for supporting the frame beam assembly, a hoisting mechanism arranged atthe top of the main beam and used for hoisting a prefabricated pier to be assembled, a walking mechanism arranged at the bottom of the supporting mechanism and used for driving the supporting mechanism to move, a telescopic mechanism comprising a first telescopic assembly arranged on the supporting mechanism and used for driving the supporting mechanism to stretch out or draw back, and a foldingmechanism arranged on the supporting mechanism and used for driving the supporting mechanism to be folded upwards. The supporting mechanism comprises a front supporting leg assembly, a middle supporting leg assembly and a rear supporting leg assembly which are sequentially arranged, the front supporting leg assembly and the rear supporting leg assembly are both hinged to the cross beam, and the middle supporting leg assembly is connected with the cross beam in a sliding mode. By means of the erecting device, the efficiency of the assembling process of the prefabricated pier is effectively improved.
本发明提供了一种预制桥墩架设装置、架设方法及过障碍物方法,预制桥墩架设装置包括:框架梁总成,其包括横梁和设置在横梁上的主梁;支撑机构,其设置在横梁的底部,用于支撑框架梁总成;起重机构,其设置在主梁的顶部,用于起吊待拼装预制桥墩;走行机构,其设置在支撑机构的底部,用于驱动支撑机构进行移动;伸缩机构,其包括设置在支撑机构上的第一伸缩组件,用于驱动支撑机构进行伸缩;折叠机构,其设置在支撑机构上,用于驱动支撑机构向上翻折;支撑机构包括依次设置的前支腿总成、中支腿总成和后支腿总成,且前支腿总成和后支腿总成均与横梁铰接,中支腿总成与横梁滑动连接。本发明的架设装置有效地提高了预制桥墩拼装过程的效率。
