The limiting block is fixedly arranged on the fixing rod below the protection plate and located between the fixing rod and the edge of the floor hole, and the fixing rod above the protection plate is clamped to the upper surface of the protection plate through a limiting structure. Limiting of the protection plate is achieved through the fixing rods and the limiting blocks on the fixing rods, the protection plate is fixed under the condition that on-site floor slabs are not damaged, and it is guaranteed that potential safety hazards caused by dislocation of the temporary plugging plate, failure of hole protection and the like due to on-site construction and the like are avoided.
