The invention relates to the field of fabricated building engineering, in particular to a fabricated building alignment splicing device and an alignment splicing method thereof.The fabricated building alignment splicing device comprises a threading part and a cover plate and further comprises a clamping part, a hydraulic cylinder, an alignment part, a straightening part and a movable bottom plate. The movable bottom plate is placed on the plane where the prefabricated column is located, and the movable bottom plate is of a U-shaped structure. The clamping parts are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the movable bottom plate; a hydraulic cylinder is mounted at the upper part of the movable bottom plate; centering parts are mounted at the upper parts of the hydraulic cylinders; and a straightening part is slidably arranged in the centering part. Prefabricated columns with different widths are clamped through the stepped structures of the clamping jaws, and the prefabricated beam is clamped through the clamping plates and the centering plates, so that the prefabricated beam is located at the center position between the two prefabricated columns; in addition, the reinforcing steel bars on the prefabricated columns with different reinforcing steel bar laying positions, different reinforcing steel bar laying numbers and different reinforcing steel bar laying diameters can be straightened through the straightening mechanism.
