The intelligent illuminating lamp body comprises a mounting base, a lamp holder, a lampshade and a water collecting tank, a fixing frame is arranged on the right side of the mounting base, the lower portion of the left side of the fixing frame is fixedly connected with the lamp holder, a bulb is mounted on the lamp holder, the lampshade with an opening in the left end is connected to the bulb in a sleeving mode, and driving blades are arranged at the opening position of the left end of the lampshade; a water storage tank is arranged between the lampshade and the rear side of the fixing frame, first U-shaped pipes are arranged between the water storage tank and the driving blades, and a plurality of second U-shaped pipes are evenly distributed between the water storage tank and the lampshade. Under the capillary action, the cleaning sponge is full of rainwater and is soaked, under the siphon effect, water in the water storage tank is sucked out, the lampshade is cleaned while the side wall of the lampshade moves relative to the cleaning sponge, and the lampshade is kept clean; and on the other hand, the rainwater sprayed out of the second U-shaped pipe flushes off stains on the lampshade and the cleaning sponge and flushes off the stains on the cleaning sponge at the same time, so that the stains are prevented from being accumulated on the cleaning sponge, and the cleaning capacity of the cleaning sponge is kept.
