The intelligent illuminating lamp comprises a light collector, an intelligent driving seat, an optical fiber cable and a cable arranging seat, a protective glass plate, a light gathering plate and a light adjusting plate are sequentially arranged in the light collector from top to bottom, the protective glass plate and the light gathering plate are fixedly installed with the light collector, and the light adjusting plate is slidably installed in the light collector. A sun sensor is fixedly installed at the circle center of the top of the protective glass plate, a double-head button is fixedly installed at the top of the light collector, a plurality of convex lenses are embedded in the light gathering plate, a plurality of concave lenses are embedded in the positions, corresponding to the convex lenses, of the light adjusting plate, light guide heads are arranged at the two ends of the optical fiber cable, and a plurality of connectors are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the convex lenses, of the top of the light collector. The two ends of the optical fiber cable are movably sleeved with fixed screw caps, and one end of the optical fiber cable is inserted into the connector through the light guide head and fixed through the fixed screw caps. According to the intelligent illuminating lamp, the optical fiber light guide design is adopted for illumination, energy consumption is avoided, and the functions of sun tracking and automatic cleaning are achieved.
