A comprehensive utilization process of coal gangue in solid waste treatment is characterized in that white gangue and black gangue are respectively treated by different methods to prepare two materials with different physicochemical properties, in the treatment process, the black gangue is combusted, and heat generated by combustion is applied to deep processing of the white gangue, so that the two kinds of gangue generate a synergistic effect in the treatment process; by means of the process, the solid waste can be effectively treated, and resource utilization of the solid waste can be achieved through deep processing.
一种固废处理中煤矸石综合利用工艺,将白矸石和黑矸石通过不同的方法分别处理,制成理化性质不同的两种材料,在处理过程中,将黑矸石燃烧,将燃烧产生的热量应用于白矸石的深加工,使两种矸石在处理过程中产生协同效应,制成附加值更高的材料和产品,该工艺不但能使固废得到有效处理,而且经过深加工能使其实现资源化利用。
