The invention discloses an anti-chlorine hydrophobic protective coating material for the surface of a cement-based material and a preparation method of the anti-chlorine hydrophobic protective coating material. The anti-chlorine hydrophobic protective coating material for the surface of the cement-based material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass through polymerization reaction: 0.05-5 parts of lignin filler, 10-35 parts of a water-based coating system (in terms of solid content), 0.5-2 parts of zinc oxide, 100-300 parts of cement and 35-80 parts of water. The anti-chlorine hydrophobic protective coating material for the surface of the cement-based material is simple in preparation process and low in cost, can effectively reduce the cost of a concrete protective coating compared with the prior art, has excellent hydrophobic and anti-chlorine performance, and can remarkably improve the durability and structural safety of the cement-based material in a harsh environment.
本发明公开了一种用于水泥基材料表面抗氯疏水防护涂层材料及其制备方法,该水泥基材料表面抗氯疏水防护涂层材料包括以下质量份原料聚合反应而成:木质素填料0.05‑5份、水性涂料体系(以固含量计)10‑35份、氧化锌0.5‑2份、水泥100‑300份、水35‑80份。该水泥基材料表面抗氯疏水防护涂层材料制备工艺简单、成本低廉,相对于现有技术可以有效降低混凝土防护涂层的成本,并且具有优异的疏水、防氯性能,可显著提高严酷环境下水泥基材料的耐久性和结构的安全性。
