Preparation method of matrix with high-temperature-resistant hydrophobic conductive coating
The invention relates to the technical field of conductive coatings and aims at providing a preparation method of a matrix with a high-temperature-resistant hydrophobic conductive coating. The method comprises the steps of spraying aluminum oxide sol composite slurry on the surface of a matrix by using a spraying method to form a matrix with a coating; and carrying out heat treatment on the matrix with the coating in a 600-DEG C high-temperature furnace for 40 minutes, and then, cleaning the surface of the matrix with deionized water to obtain the matrix with the high-temperature-resistant hydrophobic conductive coating. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process; raw materials are relatively low in cost and available; and the large-scale industrial production is easily realized. The matrix with the high-temperature-resistant hydrophobic conductive coating, prepared by using the preparation method, has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, hydrophobicity, high conductivity and pollution resistance.
