The sleeves are connected with planting steel bars implanted into beam top concrete in a double-face welding mode, and the sleeves are connected into a whole through sleeve connecting steel bars and distribution steel bars. According to the structure, the special sleeve bolt is adopted for anchoring the comb plate, the thread meshing height and the overall stress performance of the structure are increased, and the anchoring performance of a fastener is improved; and meanwhile, the buffer contact surface is additionally arranged, so that the driving load is uniformly distributed, and the impact effect of vehicle driving on the toothed plate is reduced, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of fastener loosening and being beneficial to normal passing of the expressway.
