The invention discloses a self-cleaning device, a dust removal system and a road sweeper. The self-cleaning device comprises an outer shell assembly, an inner shell assembly and a cleaning assembly. The shell assembly is provided with a negative pressure cavity and an extraction opening communicated with the negative pressure cavity; the inner shell assembly is arranged in the outer shell assembly in a sleeved mode and can stretch out and draw back between a first position and a second position in the axial direction of the outer shell assembly, an inner cavity of the inner shell assembly is communicated with the negative pressure cavity, filter screen holes are formed in the circumferential wall of the inner shell assembly, and when the inner shell assembly is located at the first position, the filter screen holes are exposed out of the outer shell assembly. The inner shell assembly retracts into the outer shell assembly relative to the first position at the second position; the cleaning assembly is connected with the outer shell assembly and is arranged in the mode that when the inner shell assembly moves between the first position and the second position, the cleaning assembly moves along the outer circumferential face of the inner shell assembly so as to clean the filter screen holes. The inner shell assembly of the self-cleaning device can telescopically move in the outer shell assembly, the filter screen holes of the inner shell assembly are cleaned through the cleaning assembly, and the self-cleaning function is achieved.
