The invention discloses a self-cleaning device, a dust removal system and a road sweeper. The self-cleaning device comprises an outer shell assembly, an inner shell assembly and a water spraying device. The shell assembly is provided with a negative pressure cavity and an extraction opening communicated with the negative pressure cavity; the inner shell assembly is arranged in the outer shell assembly in a sleeved mode and can stretch out and draw back between a first position and a second position in the axial direction of the outer shell assembly, an inner cavity of the inner shell assembly is communicated with the negative pressure cavity, filter screen holes are formed in the circumferential wall of the inner shell assembly, and when the inner shell assembly is located at the first position, the filter screen holes are exposed out of the outer shell assembly. The inner shell assembly retracts into the outer shell assembly relative to the first position at the second position; the water spraying device is connected with the outer shell assembly and the inner shell assembly and sprays water to the inner shell assembly when the inner shell assembly moves from the first position to the second position so as to clean the filter screen holes. According to the self-cleaning device, the inner shell assembly can telescopically move in the outer shell assembly, the filter screen holes of the inner shell assembly are washed through the water spraying device in the moving process, and the self-cleaning function is achieved.
