According to the method, small rope traction is replaced with large rope traction, under the principle that the shore winding equipment on one side is stretched and released, and the shore winding equipment on the other side is synchronously contracted, river-crossing construction of the float blocking main rope is safely and smoothly completed, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is saved.
