Full-automatic tamping machine capable of automatically spraying, dedusting, positioning and recording filling amount
The invention discloses a full-automatic tamping machine which can automatically find the positions of pile holes, automatically fill and tamp soil and automatically record the soil filling amount and the tamping frequency of each pile hole and does not generate dust pollution. According to the tamping machine, after it is judged that the tamping machine reaches an operation position through the laser positioner, an atomized water curtain is automatically sprayed to cover a pile hole, and dust is prevented from escaping during filling and tamping. And meanwhile, the conveying belt is started for soil filling, then the rammer is automatically lifted and falls down, multiple times of ramming are conducted, and the soil filling and ramming process is repeated till soil filling and ramming of the pile hole are completed. All the actions are performed by a PLC (programmable logic controller) installed in an automatic control system according to instructions given by a set program, and all signals are input into the PLC by a limiter, a pressure sensor, a laser positioner and a counter which are installed on the tamping machine. The computer system inputs the coordinates of the pile holes into the PLC through the interface, receives the soil filling amount and tamping frequency data of each pile hole transmitted by the PLC, and makes a pile form chart and a construction record chart to ensure the engineering quality.
一种能够自动寻找桩孔位置、自动填土夯实并且将每个桩孔的填土量夯击次数自动记录下来的不产生粉尘污染的全自动夯机。此夯机依靠激光定位器判定到达作业位置后,自动喷淋雾化水幕覆盖桩孔,防止填土夯击时有粉尘逸出。同时启动传送带填土,然后自动提升夯锤落下夯锤,多次夯击,反复重复填土夯击过程直到完成此桩孔的填土夯实。上述所有的动作全部由安装在自动控制系统中的PLC可编程逻辑控制器按设定程序下达指令进行,安装在夯机上的限位器、压力传感器、激光定位器、计数器将信号全都输入PLC可编程逻辑控制器中,计算机系统通过接口将桩孔坐标输入PLC、并且接收PLC传来的各桩孔的填土量、夯击次数数据,制出桩形图和施工记录图表以确保工程质量。
