The invention discloses a rock geology foundation reverse formwork structure and a construction method thereof.The structure comprises a plurality of single-side formworks arranged in pairs and arranged in a sinking pit formed by excavation in rock geology, and a cushion layer supported on the single-side formworks is poured at the bottom of the sinking pit; a pouring space is defined by the single-side formwork and the pit wall of the sinking pit. The reinforcing assemblies are mounted on the opposite sides of the single-side formworks; the supporting frame is installed on the cushion layer and connected to the reinforcing assemblies on the opposite sides of the two single-side formworks arranged in pairs; and the anti-floating piece is placed on the supporting frame. The problems that when the pit wall is built in the underlying part in the foundation pit, construction is tedious, efficiency is low, and settlement risks exist in the later period are solved.
