The raft steel pipe support has the beneficial effects that the anchor cables penetrate through the steel pipes, mortar is injected into the steel pipes, the steel pipes form post-tensioning prestress connected mortar steel pipes, and the strength of a raft steel pipe support supporting system is improved; the steel formwork of the sump is oppositely supported and fixed through the adjustable jacking and the telescopic rod, rapid positioning of the steel formwork is achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction quality of the sump formwork is guaranteed; automatic opening and closing equipment is adopted, and automatic opening and closing of reverse chute concrete pouring are achieved; and the vibrating frame is integrally poured in a layered manner, so that a vibrating construction platform is enlarged, and the concrete vibrating quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种大厚度混凝土筏板的施工方法,包括步骤:筏板钢筋绑扎、筏板模板施工、混凝土浇筑、混凝土养护。本发明的有益效果是:钢管内穿有锚索,并注入砂浆,使钢管形成后张拉预应力连体砂浆钢管,提高了筏板钢管支架支撑体系的强度;集水坑的钢模板采用可调式顶托和伸缩杆对撑固定,实现了钢模板的快速定位,加快了施工效率,保证了集水坑模板施工质量;采用自动启闭设备,实现了反向溜槽混凝土浇筑自动启闭;采用整体分层浇筑振捣架,增大了振捣施工平台,提高了混凝土振捣质量。
