A method for producing a porcelain plate, comprising the following steps: arranging a decorative layer (L2) with decorations (200) on a first deposition plane (50), gradually depositing a decorative soft layer (L2) from the head (H) to the tail (T); the soft layer (L2) is gradually transferred by deposition from the first deposition plane (50) to a second deposition plane (83) placed at a lower height than the first deposition plane (50), on which second layer (L3) is gradually achieved starting from the tail (T) of the second soft layer (L2).
