The invention discloses composite ceramic capable of improving piezoelectric property in an active hydrogen preparation process. The composite ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 80 parts of tourmaline aluminum oxide composite material, 5 to 20 parts of nano titanium oxide, 5 to 20 parts of nano silicon oxide, 0.5 to 5 parts of nano rare earth oxide, 0.5 to 5 parts of nano noble metal oxide and 1 to 10 parts of binder. The prepared tourmaline aluminum oxide composite powder is matched with the nano titanium oxide, the silicon, the nano rare earth oxide, the nano noble metal oxide and the binder, so that the spontaneous polarity characteristic and the piezoelectric characteristic of the prepared composite ceramic are obviously improved, and the preparation of active hydrogen can be better assisted.
