Hollow thermal insulation ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization and lightweight aggregate preparation, and particularly relates to hollow thermal insulation ceramsite and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, molybdenum tailings, sludge and sodium silicate are smashed, mixed, granulated and dried, and inner layer pellets are obtained; (2) crushing molybdenum tailings, fly ash, sludge, steel slag and carbon powder, and adding water for mixing treatment to obtain outer layer slurry; and (3) wrapping the surface of the inner-layer material ball obtained in the step (1) with the outer-layer slurry obtained in the step (2) to form a ball, then drying to obtain a mixed material ball, and sintering the mixed material ball to obtain the hollow thermal-insulation ceramsite after sintering is completed. The molybdenum tailing hollow thermal insulation ceramsite provided by the invention is simple in manufacturing method, has rich pore structures inside, and has the advantages of high hardness, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, light weight, small density and good shock resistance.
本发明属于固废资源化利用和轻质集料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种中空保温陶粒及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将钼尾矿、污泥和硅酸钠进行粉碎、混合、造粒、干燥处理,得到内层料球;(2)将钼尾矿、粉煤灰、污泥、钢渣和碳粉进行粉碎、加水混合处理,得到外层浆料;(3)将步骤(2)得到的外层浆料包裹在步骤(1)得到的内层料球表面进行成球,然后干燥得到混合料球,再将混合料球进行烧结,烧结完成后得到中空保温陶粒。本发明提供的钼尾矿中空保温陶粒制作方法简单,内部具有丰富的孔隙结构,除了具有硬度大、耐腐蚀、耐高温外,还具有质轻、密度小和抗震性好的优点。
