The invention discloses a large steel structure factory building construction process which comprises the following steps: step 1, according to related design requirements, assembling wall surface steel structure panels, then installing steel columns as a column point supporting structure of a net rack and a supporting structure of the whole steel structure factory building according to designed positions, and arranging net rack supports at the tops of the steel columns; step 2, assembling a net rack structure unit and hoisting the net rack structure unit to a net rack support for installation, wherein the net rack is a square quadrangular pyramid bolt sphere flat plate net rack; and thirdly, a roof panel layer is built on the assembled net frame, and meanwhile, a wall surface steel structure panel is installed to complete construction of the steel structure factory building. On the basis that related construction standards and specifications are met, safe, efficient and high-quality construction can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种大型钢结构厂房施工工艺，包括如下步骤：步骤一、根据相关设计要求，组装墙面钢结构面板，然后按照设计的位置安装钢柱作为网架的柱点支撑结构以及整个钢结构厂房的支撑结构，在钢柱顶部设置网架支座；步骤二、组装网架结构单元并吊装至网架支座上安装，网架为正方四角锥螺栓球平板网架；步骤三、在拼装完成的网架上搭建屋面板层，同时安装墙面钢结构面板完成钢结构厂房的施工。本发明在满足相关施工标准、规范的基础下，能够实现安全高效高质量的施工。
