The invention discloses an anti-skinning microcrystalline material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of silicon carbide, 10-20 parts of silicon nitride, 5-15 parts of boron nitride, 3-10 parts of zirconium oxide, 5-10 parts of microcrystalline powder and 1-5 parts of glass beads. The invention provides an anti-skinning microcrystalline material and a preparation method thereof. The obtained anti-skinning microcrystalline material has good high temperature resistance, thermal stability, wear resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
