The invention relates to an embedded device for swivel bridge traction cable installation and a construction method thereof.The embedded device comprises a traction cable limiting steel plate and an anchoring supporting steel plate which are arranged in parallel, and two embedded steel plates are welded between the traction cable limiting steel plate and the anchoring supporting steel plate; one ends of the two pre-embedded steel plates extend out of the traction cable limiting steel plate and the anchoring supporting steel plate, the extending ends of the two pre-embedded steel plates are pre-embedded in a concrete structure of the upper rotating disc, bundle penetrating holes penetrate through the traction cable limiting steel plate and the anchoring supporting steel plate, and a working anchor plate is welded to the outer side of the anchoring supporting steel plate. One end of the traction cable steel strand is anchored on the working anchor plate, and the other end of the traction cable steel strand sequentially penetrates through the strand penetrating holes of the anchoring supporting steel plate and the traction cable limiting steel plate. The method can be flexibly applied to a construction system of a swivel bridge, irreversible influence caused by a traditional traction bundle pre-embedding construction method due to influence of various factors is avoided, the method has the advantages of being capable of being constructed and installed at any time, the construction method is easy and convenient to operate, labor cost and time cost are saved, and swivel safety is guaranteed.
本发明是一种转体桥牵引索安装用预埋装置及其施工方法,预埋装置包括平行设置的牵引索限位钢板和锚固支撑钢板,牵引索限位钢板和锚固支撑钢板之间焊接有两个预埋钢板,两个预埋钢板一端延伸出牵引索限位钢板、锚固支撑钢板外且延伸端预埋在上转盘的混凝土结构内,牵引索限位钢板、锚固支撑钢板上贯穿有穿束孔,锚固支撑钢板外侧焊接有工作锚板,牵引索钢绞线一端锚固在工作锚板上且另外一端依次穿过锚固支撑钢板、牵引索限位钢板的穿束孔。本发明能灵活运用于转体桥的施工体系,避免因各类因素影响导致的传统预埋牵引束施工方法造成的不可逆影响,具备随时施工,随时安装的特点,施工方法操作简便,节省人工成本与时间成本,转体安全有保证。
