本发明公开了一种非恒定流节水型翻板梯级式鱼道及鱼类洄游方法,在鱼道本体中沿鱼道本体长度方向设有若干翻板,每块翻板将鱼道本体横向隔断,从而形成由相邻两翻板围成的多级洄游池;每块翻板上端高程沿水流方向逐渐降低;所有翻板可将相邻洄游池连通或者断开。本发明按设定节奏依次打开关闭一级翻板、二级翻板、三级翻板……,直至最上端的翻板,鱼类在翻板打开过程中进入上一级洄游池,逐级洄游即实现翻坝。本发明对鱼类的游动能力基本无要求,翻板在开启过程中所形成的跌水对鱼类具有吸引作用,十分有利于鱼类洄游,而且实现洄游的水流量也小于现有鱼道。
