The invention discloses a prefabricated assembled concrete waterproof reverse ridge structure and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated assembled concrete waterproof reverse ridge structure comprises a cushion layer; the prefabricated parts are built on the cushion layer and arranged in batches, through vertical hole channels are formed in the prefabricated parts, the prefabricated parts are provided with first side faces and second side faces which are opposite in the width direction of the prefabricated parts, notches are formed in the outer edges of the first side faces and the outer edges of the second side faces respectively, and the notches are arranged in a circle in the circumferential direction of the side faces of the prefabricated parts; the polyurethane waterproof layer is used for blocking the cushion layer and the prefabricated part, one side of the polyurethane waterproof layer is filled in the notch in the lower part of the prefabricated part, and the other side of the polyurethane waterproof layer is coated on the cushion layer; the waterproof grouting material is poured in the vertical hole channel; and the first side face and the second side face of the prefabricated part and the polyurethane waterproof layer are coated with the surface layers correspondingly, and the surface layers and the cushion layer are waterproof mortar layers. The problems that the waterproof concrete reverse ridge is prone to deviation in the pouring process, pouring is not compact, leakage is prone to occurring, and the formwork erecting cost is high are solved.
