The invention provides a sludge in-situ curing method and an in-situ curing stirring device, and the method comprises the following steps: draining: draining water in a whole construction area; the whole construction area is divided into a plurality of areas, and the surface layer of a part of the areas is dredged so that the surface elevation of the part of the areas can be reduced; adding a curing agent into the sludge in each area and stirring to realize in-situ curing of the sludge; the ground of each area is solidified to the set elevation, and if the elevation is insufficient, backfilling slag is used for filling to the set elevation; in-situ solidification construction of the sludge is completed through the steps. T-shaped spiral blades are arranged on the outer wall of the stirring rotary drum and comprise blades perpendicular to the stirring rotary drum, transverse blades are arranged at the top ends of the perpendicular blades, arc-shaped spiral blades are arranged at the connecting position of the stirring rotary drum and the stirring head, and a plurality of overturning spiral blades are arranged at the free end of the stirring rotary drum. The structure can improve the mixing effect of the curing agent.
