On the basis of online analysis of calorific values of mineral components and combustible components of cement raw materials, energy conservation in the cement raw materials and balance of four main mineral components are set as constraint equation conditions, and a cement raw material optimal proportioning scheme of the maximum solid waste doping amount is verified through three rate value indexes (KH +/-0.02, SM +/-0.1 and IM +/-0.1).
