The invention relates to the technical field of building admixtures, in particular to a thixotropic agent and a preparation method and application thereof.The thixotropic agent is prepared by fully mixing 5-7 parts of montmorillonite, 3-4 parts of intercalator, 0-0.5 part of modifier, 2-2.5 parts of ethylenediamine tetraethanol and 85-90 parts of water and then adding 0.8-1 part of dispersing agent. During use, the solid component accounting for 0.5%-0.8% of the mass of a cementing material is doped into a 3D printing cement-based material, self-compacting concrete and a product, the 3D printing material is promoted to have high constructability instantly after being extruded by increasing the slurry thixotropy and yield stress time-varying rate, the surface humidity of a printing layer is improved through the water retention effect, and the 3D printing effect is improved. The cement-based material 3D printing component is endowed with excellent interlayer bonding performance; meanwhile, the slump expansion degree and segregation resistance of the self-compacting concrete can be improved.
本发明涉及建筑用外加剂技术领域,尤其是一种触变剂及其制备方法和应用,该触变剂是将5~7份蒙脱土、3~4份插层剂、0~0.5份改性剂、2~2.5份乙二胺四乙醇和85~90份水经充分混合后,再加入0.8~1份分散剂,配制而成。使用时,按照固体组分占胶凝材料质量的0.5%~0.8%掺入到3D打印水泥基材料、自密实混凝土与制品,通过增加浆体触变性和屈服应力时变率,促进3D打印材料挤出后瞬时拥有高建造性,且通过保水作用提高打印层表面湿度,赋予水泥基材料3D打印构件优良的层间结合性能;同时,能够提高自密实混凝土坍落扩展度和抗离析性能。
