The invention relates to the technical field of cement paste thixotropic agents, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant cement paste thixotropic agent and a preparation method thereof.The high-temperature-resistant cement paste thixotropic agent is prepared from nanosilicon dioxide, a polymer and an initiator, the polymer is formed by compounding 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, acrylamide and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride, and the high-temperature-resistant cement paste thixotropic agent is obtained according to the following method that firstly, the initiator is added into the nanosilicon dioxide; dissolving the polymer in water, and adjusting the pH value of the obtained polymer solution; then, sequentially adding nano silicon dioxide and an initiator into the polymer solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain slurry; and finally, carrying out a reaction on the slurry under heating. A cement paste system added with the high-temperature-resistant cement paste thixotropic agent has excellent thixotropic performance under the condition of 120 DEG C.
本发明涉及水泥浆触变剂技术领域,是一种抗高温水泥浆触变剂及其制备方法,前者原料包括纳米二氧化硅、聚合物和引发剂,聚合物为2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酰胺和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵复配而成,按下述方法得到,首先,将聚合物溶于水中,再调节得到的聚合物溶液的pH值;然后,向聚合物溶液中依次加入纳米二氧化硅和引发剂混匀后,得到浆体;最后,在加热下使浆体发生反应得到。加入本发明抗高温水泥浆触变剂后的水泥浆体系在120℃条件下具备优良的触变性能。
