The invention relates to a fine-grain high-strength magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the fine-grain high-strength magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramic comprises the following steps: (1) taking magnesium aluminate spinel powder as a raw material, and mixing the magnesium aluminate spinel powder with a solvent and a dispersing agent to prepare ceramic slurry which has a gelation characteristic; the dispersing agent is polyacrylic acid PAA with the molecular weight of 1000 to 10000; (2) carrying out low-pressure auxiliary gel casting treatment on the obtained ceramic slurry to obtain a wet blank; (3) drying, degumming and pre-sintering the obtained wet blank to obtain a pre-sintered body; and (4) carrying out hot isostatic pressing sintering on the obtained pre-sintered body to obtain the fine-grain high-strength magnesium aluminate spinel transparent ceramic.
本发明涉及一种细晶高强度镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷及其制备方法。所述细晶高强度镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷的制备方法包括:(1)以镁铝尖晶石粉体为原料,再与溶剂和分散剂混合,配制得到陶瓷浆料,陶瓷浆料具有凝胶化特性;所述分散剂为分子量1000~10000的聚丙烯酸PAA;(2)采用低压辅助注凝成型处理所得陶瓷浆料,得到湿坯;(3)将所得湿坯进行干燥、排胶、预烧结,得到预烧体;(4)将所得预烧体进行热等静压烧结,得到所述细晶高强度镁铝尖晶石透明陶瓷。
