The invention discloses a thermal insulation subgrade base layer construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, excavating a 1-1.2 m subgrade deep pit at a road construction site, building right triangle steel bar frames on two sides of the deep pit, constructing a pouring template, and pouring low-temperature early strength concrete to form a concrete explosion-proof frame, pVC hollow pipes are arranged between the reinforcing mesh and the tensile prestressed steel bars in the concrete explosion-proof frame, the two ends of each PVC hollow pipe are stuffed with foam filler, limiting pull rods are fixed between the concrete reinforcing mesh and the tensile prestressed steel bars, prepared concrete is poured, and formwork removal and maintenance are conducted after solidification. According to the invention, the roadbed anti-settlement filling part is used for filling the roadbed, and the aggregates with different sizes are mixed and proportioned mutually, so that on the basis of improving the supporting strength of the roadbed, the air gap is formed between the aggregates and is used for dewatering and frost heaving reserved gaps of water; and gaps among the aggregates greatly reduce the heat exchange capacity of the roadbed in a freezing and thawing period, so that the energy exchange between the original frozen soil and the outside can be well cut off, and the effects of heat insulation and heat preservation are achieved.
本发明公开了一种保温路基基层施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:在道路建设选址处开挖1‑1.2m路基深坑,深坑两侧搭建直角三角形钢筋框架,并构建浇筑模板,浇筑低温早强混凝土形成混凝防爆框架,混凝防爆框架中钢筋网与抗拉预应力钢筋之间设有PVC空心管,PVC空心管两端塞入泡沫填充物,并在混凝土钢筋网与抗拉预应力钢筋之间固定限位拉杆,浇筑配制完成的混凝土,固化后拆模养护。本发明中,利用路基防沉降填充部进行路基填充并利用不同大小骨料的相互参杂配比,在提高对路基支撑强度的基础上,在骨料之间形成空袭用于进行疏水以及水液的冻胀预留间隙,且骨料之间的间隙大幅降低了路基在一个冻融周期内的热交换量,可较好地切断原冻土与外界的能量交换,起到隔热保温的效果。
