The invention discloses a construction method of a large-span gate-type pier structure of a bridge, which is characterized in that a steel cover beam of the bridge and a bridge pier column release transverse rotation constraint before an upper structure of the bridge is erected, and are fixedly connected after a main beam is erected, so that the bending moment at the column end of the bridge pier column under dead load of the upper structure of the bridge is released, and the stress performance of a stand column can be effectively improved; and the section size and reinforcement requirements of the bridge pier column are reduced. The bridge pier column top steel-concrete connecting section (column head steel sleeve) is clear in force transmission path and high in local pressure bearing capacity, and the safety of the bridge pier column in the whole construction and operation process is guaranteed. The problem that when a large-span steel cover beam is fixedly connected with a conventional pier or a stand column, large stand column end bending moment is likely to be generated, and the stand column is in a large eccentric pressed state is solved.
本发明公开了一种桥梁大跨度门式墩结构的施工方法,桥梁的钢盖梁与桥梁墩柱在桥梁的上部结构架设完成前释放横向转动约束、主梁架设完成后固结连接,释放桥梁的上部结构恒载下的桥梁墩柱柱端弯矩,可有效改善立柱的受力性能,降低桥梁墩柱的截面尺寸和配筋需求。桥梁墩柱柱顶钢‑混凝土连接段(柱头钢套)传力路径明确,局部承压能力强,确保施工运营全过程桥梁墩柱的安全性。本发明解决了大跨度的钢盖梁与常规桥墩或立柱固定连接,容易产生较大的立柱端弯矩,使得立柱处于大偏心受压状态的问题。
